"He's good. They are very professional and clean up after themselves. They come when they are supposed to. They cut a tree out in 1997 or 1998 and it fell the wrong way and tore down some gutter. He fixed the gutter and everything else that had to be repaired. Rural is the owner and he's a nice guy. All of his guys are professional. They did some landscaping for me in 2005. His prices are within the range of everybody else. I call him every time I have a problem at my house."

"I needed to get my lawn mower serviced for spring. Blade sharpened, oil..etc. Since I don't live in Franklin, I met Michael in a public parking lot off 65 and 96. He picked up the mower, serviced it, and brought it back all in 30 minutes. He is honest, professional, and knowledgable. Definitely worth the drive from Nashville. So happy to find someone I can trust (and afford!) with this service every year."

"Everything was great! Came on Time when scheduled. Check every three months as contracted. It was about $900 for first yr then $300 each yr after. We didn't have previous protection and had termites around foundation and on a scrap piece of wood under house but not damage to structure. They have treated once but then not found evidence of any more <br /> <br /> This is an update: The first year was great but not starting off so well this time. Office lady is very abrupt and makes you feel like you are bothering her. One of my termite bait cartridges was pulled out of ground and left laying there. Not sure why but I was told she would remind the tech of it when he comes back in a week. They are not very good at working with your schedule. You have to be there when they are available to come to your area."

My busy schedule did not allow this-- I actually never met anyone in person, but they did a good job figuring out the ballpark of what needed to be done. If you burn a firepit or have a fireplace you may want to consider this as it reduces the labor cost a little. There was no other waste to be seen anywhere on the property. The grass didn't even look disturbed. And so, if not for a little sawdust here and there, it was pretty remarkable how neat everything was left. <br /> <br /> I definitely won't be able to afford to have this done every year, but if I did need work done again in the future I would probably consult these folks."

"Brauss Lawn Service did a wonderful job on our landscaping! I met with Kevin Brauss last year to discuss our project and told him I would contact him in early 2017 when we were ready to proceed. I received several other bids and Brauss Lawn Service was the most competitive. I contacted him in early February, he sent me an estimate within a couple of days and then came to the house to go over it. I asked him to look into several types of trees/plants and adjusted the plan several times - he was always happy to do the research and provide updated estimates. We worked out the final plan on 2/18, the job was started on 2/22 and completed on 2/24. They positioned our trees on 2/23 and Mr. Brauss came to our house that evening to make sure they were where we wanted them before planting them on 2/24. We couldn't be happier with the results and look forward to having them do work for us again next year in our front yard. Highly recommend their services!"

"Glenn Christman came to our house to see the location of the tree to be planted and to discuss various possibilities.  He explained the pros and cons of various tree varieties and sent an estimate for five different ones.  The weather stayed unseasonably warm late into the fall and he waited for it to be just right for planting.  When the time came, his assistant brought a beautifully shaped little tree and planted it carefully (after removing the dead tree that was there).  It is now flourishing and we are very happy with it. We plan to ask him to plant a dogwood in the fall."
