As the project manager, Dasiel overlooked and coordinated the exceptional and professional workforce which completely gutted and then rebuilt the interior of our home. "I hired Air America to install a brand new AC on 8/17/2019. I was a single woman and I feel like they took complete advantage of me. My contract is for a 3.5 ton Trane system. Since the install, my ac bills have continued to climb. Initially I had a service contract with Air America but they kept pushing to sell me more service, so I stopped using them. I have replaced my ducts, sealed windows, installed additional insulation. You name it, I have tried it to try to get my FPL bill down. Last week, I hired another AC company to service and clean my ac. They informed me that my ac is running so much because my outside unit is NOT 3.5 ton as my contract clearly states I paid for. I was undersized with a 3 ton. The units are supposed to be the same size! I have contacted Air America through emails and online and received no response. This is clearly fraud and I would like the situation corrected. I feel 100% that they figured I would never be the wiser on this. I reported this to the BBB. The company responded that they would send a tech out and then complete radio silence. No one has contacted me and they have not attempted at all to correct this issue!"

The Grove Handyman is a family owned business with well over 50 years of experience. We control our quality of work by staying small. All jobs will be overseen or handled by company owner Roger Camacho.
"As an association board member, I was looking for a licensed and insured handyman, who would be available when we needed repairs for our 4 floor, 30-unit building. They needed to be responsible and experienced in a multitude of jobs. I also needed someone who would also be available for a unit owner if needed. I got calls asking what I needed to fix and what I wanted to pay but no one would come out to SEE what needed to be done. Roger Camacho of The Grove Handyman called me and came over to look over our building. He handed me copies of his certification and insurance then sent me a quote. He did his first job; replacing over 125 lightbulbs in the building, including the garage. He cleaned each fixture, fixed what needed fixing and replaced each bulb. Everyone noticed the difference! He was persistent in resolving a leaky window that flooded a unit. Not a drop through the rainy season. Roger communicates well and responds to calls. He is responsible, honest and a talented person when it comes to resolving problems. He redid my master bath, took out the old whirlpool tub, removed the old tile floor and replaced all the wallboard. From electrical to plumbing to retiling the tub area and the floor, I am in love with my new bathroom. I cannot express the trust and respect I have for his character and integrity. I will never hesitate to recommend Roger to anyone."
