"This is a temporary review of my experience with this company so far. <br /> I contacted this company after seeing the number of good reviews comparatively with the handful of bad reviews. Their representative, Michael, arrived on time and was very professional. He answered all our questions and helped us to understand what our options are for the work we need to have done. I explained to him about our recent loss in our family and that we both have a very limited income, and that we have very little money to get as much as we possibly can done. Michael told me he would have an estimate for me that evening. I was surprised because all the other companies told me it would be at least a couple to a few days before I would receive an estimate. Furthermore, not only was there an estimate, but a thorough one complete with documentation for each of the items (windows and doors) that we had asked about. The last time he came, he was accompanied by his boss, Jonathan Rodriguez - the owner, who had come in order to measure things. During this visit, we were able to finalize and sign a contract. During our discussion, both Michael and Jonathan took mine and my mother's situations and needs into consideration and worked hard at finding a way for us to obtain all the things that we feel we need, together with preferrences (Mom's style of windows that she would like), within the budget we can afford.
