"The job is to pull up the current yard (weeds & grass) and install new grass in the front and side yard.   <br> <br>Trey showed up on time and was very cordial and professional.  Had no problems discussing different types of grasses and what I would need or not need.   Took his time, no rushing, and I was very pleased with the initial meet and was looking forward to receiving his quote.  I'm still looking to receive his quote.  In the meantime I've had two other lawn companies come in and look at the job and have received their quotes.     Because I felt like I had talked to Trey before, I did a bit of research into my old records and found that we had spoken before about him coming out to give me a quote and I was still waiting for a call back for THAT appointment.  <br> <br>I put it down to it being Summer and he's probably very busy and some things get dropped.  It was just a quote so no harm no foul, but, it made me have second thoughts about being forgotten again. <br> <br> <br>"

"We haven't had any problems with them. We pay them $196 a year for the termite inspection and it's warranted. It's $50 a quarter. Generally if they come in and if they find spiders and stuff, and if you have a contract with them already, they do the spraying for other things cheaper. They cut you a deal. I found two spiders and two is not enough to spray. So they spray and that's kind of nice. They're really personable. There are a couple more pest control companies in town that are not as personable as them. They are nice to my kids. My son is five year old and he calls them the bug guys. So they play with my kids and they're not put off by talking to my kids which is nice, because kids can be annoying. We haven't had any problems. We never really compared their prices to anyone else but we don't have a problem with it. We will use their services again in the future."
