"10/25/22. Started off early this morning with a call from Alex the driver saying they are on the way! They showed up right on time & immediately put a runner down to protect the flooring & a ramp at the door. Alex, Rubin & Juan were absolutely amazing moving very quickly & carefully bubble wrapping my furniture, pictures etc. All of my things arrived safe and they were 1 hour ahead of schedule finishing up!! The guys neatly folded their blankets & remove all excess boxes, tape, etc. I gave them each a well deserved tip & they are onto the next job. Tyler, who first took my call to Brooks Moving and Hauling, was very professional & followed up with several emails for important tips for packing & moving that I found very helpful. I heard of Brooks because I am FL Realtor & they sent me an email about their moving services. My family & I give all of our donations to the Vietnam Veterans of America, so I was more than happy to use Brooks for my personal move since the owner John Brooks is a USA Veteran! I would give Brooks 10 Stars if I could, and will definitely refer more business to them in the future!
