From start to finish, they were a pleasure to work with. They showed up right on time, were friendly and professional, and clearly took pride in their work. We handle all types of exterior cleaning but specialize in roof cleaning, deck and fence cleaning, restoration and staining! We also do scheduled gutter cleanings and offer discounts for repeat services. We are now offering gutter guard installation as well, as softwashing, solar panel cleaning, windows and more!
"It went very well. Hayden was very professional, timely, communicated well, and did an excellent job on our backyard deck. The deck needed cleaning up and staining. Over a couple of days, he power washed the deck well, let it dry thoroughly, sanded it and then stained it a redwood stain color we requested, that he provided. He was very pleasant, thorough and cleaned up the surrounding area after the job. The deck looks beautiful. I asked if he dealt with fences as well, and he indicated he does, so when ready, we will call on Ray’s Pressure Washing again! It will be soon!"

I began painting in 1973 to work my way through college and continued after graduation. I began on old Portland homes and soon perfected the preperation necessary to produce long lasting, quality paint jobs. I make an effort to be prompt and timely, to insist on quality, and employ people who are well versed in comunicating with customers who may have questions or concerns. "I am not used to quick responses, quick bids and quick scheduling with popular Angieslist contractors, but Dan came out within hours of my call and gave me an estimate on painting the exterior of our house. Within a few weeks, our house was painted. Prior to painting, I inadvertently called him while he was on vacation and he was gracious and patient enough to call me back to answer my questions about the job. That says a lot right there. There was some slight miscommunication over painting my deck, but it's nothing that wouldn't cause me from recommending Muir Painting. Price-wise, Muir Painting was the lowest, in some cases, by far. I had other estimates literally twice as much. The only thing keeping this from being a perfect review is the fact I wish his crew was a little more careful, they snapped a large plant in half on one side of the house (which never got mentioned) and left tape and paper in different areas. They also smudged an upper window with paint and forgot to paint corner trim on the back. Dan himself came and cleaned up the smudge and painted the trim, which we appreciated. Overall, I would certainly recommend Muir Painting, and Dan. The final product looks great, and the fact he was prompt, treated me with respect and acted like he wanted my business worked in his favor. It was a pleasure doing business with them."
