"I cannot say enough great things about All Service Moving—and ESPECIALLY Rico and Reyes, who were absolute lifesavers for my last-minute move. After another moving company bailed on me the day before my scheduled move, All Service swooped in and saved the day. Rico and Reyes showed up EARLY, upbeat, and ready to tackle the challenge—even with super heavy furniture that usually requires a 4-person crew. Somehow, the two of them handled everything like pros without a single scratch or ding—on the furniture or either home. What really stood out was how personable, kind, and thoughtful they were. They moved quickly and efficiently, knowing I was paying by the hour, but never once sacrificed care or quality. They were kind to my mom (who was helping me out), and so sweet to my two dogs too. If you’re planning a move, ask for Rico and Reyes by name. They went above and beyond, and I want their team to know what a fantastic job they did. They deserve every bit of recognition. 100% recommend."

"This job is only half done so far, and everything to this point has been top notch. Aaron was a pleasure to work with as I was very nervous about the disparity in estimates I was given, and he came in person to walk through and understand the scope of the project Their packing team then came in and CRUSHED the packing and materials estimate by about 2 hours. Finely tuned machine of packers they have"

"Damien and Elvin were the best! They were so professional and fast! They unloaded our entire household and set up the furniture (including a baby grand piano) in record time. Nothing was damaged or broken as they took very good care with our belongings. We would definitely recommend All My Sons Moving and Storage to anyone who needs to move or store their goods!! Thank you Damien and Elvin!"

"Where do I begin: it was a nightmare from beginning to end. I paid for a full package service to transport ~700 sqft of furniture from Austin to SF. The day of the move, I called RM to get a more accurate time for when the movers would be coming. The guy told me he couldn't contact the movers to give me a more accurate moving window. When they finally got to my place they took roughly 10 hours to pack my stuff. That's not hyperbole, they got to my place around 12 and I didn't leave until after 10pm. Slowest packers I've ever encountered and when I told customer service, Emily, about they she gave me some BS about how they wanted everything to be packed just right. Well, when my stuff got delivered in SF, I had multiple pieces of broken furniture, including a desk with a broken leg that someone put a nail through in an attempt to "fix it". Not only that, the movers refused to fully put together a bed with railing for storage that I had. They were confused and basically said the packer"

"Willamette Moving helped me move out of my two-bedroom apartment quickly, efficiently, and on short notice. They also rearranged my items, including furniture, at my new split-level home. I would highly recommend and will be using them in the future."

FAQs for in-state moving service projects in Portland, OR

Laws differ from state to state, but the number one rule is that you cannot move a mobile home on your own. You have to hire a licensed mobile home moving company. While each state is different, you’ll also have to research HUD codes, permits, and other laws specific to the area to ensure your move follows all necessary regulations.

Yes, a permit is required to move a mobile home. You must secure permits in the state of origin and in every state through which the mobile home passes. When moving across state boundaries, obtain a permit for each state. Your moving company assists in acquiring all required permits, ensuring strict compliance with local regulations during the entire relocation process.

No, you cannot move a mobile home built before 1976. Mobile homes constructed before 1976 do not meet current safety standards and must not be relocated. The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development enforces strict guidelines that prevent moving older models. Verify the build year and comply with all HUD regulations to ensure safety and legal compliance.
