"A&Y Performed a tree removal for me. It was approximately an 80-foot tree very close to my house and backyard deck. I was a bit nervous as I had seen "TREE Fails" on YouTube. Their insurance was current and complete so that helped my nervousness:) The crew arrived on time and had the tree removed by noon. I was very impressed and highly recommend A&Y for tree removal. They left the worksite clean and split the rounds and stacked the wood for me (I wanted it for firewood). I felt the price was fair and the customer service was excellent. "Ramon and his crew from Nature Care Tree Specialist were very professional and courteous. They provided outstanding service to us. We are very delighted. I approached Ramon for an estimate when they were performing some tree work on a nearby street. He came within 10 mins to give an estimate, suggested various options for pruning about half a dozen trees big and small, before giving an estimate. He was very easy to communicate with and courteous. The estimate was reasonable. They came promptly for the appointment, which, due to a cancellation, was within 2 days. Ramon himself climbed and led charge, pruning and cutting, advising his crew as needed. He would check with us often during the pruning to ensure it’s to our satisfaction and we are happy. They did the work patiently and carefully and did not try to rush at all. His crew was the same. They cleared and cleaned the yard very well after the work. "It went well. Crew was on time and very clean. I am used to having to pick up after crews but not these guys. Fair price and attention to detail. We then had him do a second project of installing flag stone. Owner is the site guy too and detail oriented. They will be back for some concrete work next month. Only issue I had was communication language barrier. Luckily my wife speaks Spanish so it worked out well."
