Benjamin Franklin Plumbing - Grove City has been serving the Grove City area for 11 years. We promise prompt and professional service to all of our customers. "If There's Any Delay, It's You We Pay." We look forward to solving all your plumbing repair, installation and service needs. Call us now to schedule an appointment.

"If you want to pay the most exorbitant prices possible for your job, this is the company for you. “By the job” pricing is a rip-off, at least how these people use it. Every job is plugged into a category and prices are set by category. You might have a job that takes half an hour or one that takes 2 hours, but they’ll both be charged at the same (astronomic) rate. Had a leaking drain pipe under the kitchen sink. Needed new seals and maybe a section of plastic pipe replaced. Less than an hour job. Plumber came out and quoted $700. These people do not apply the $99 trip charge to repairs. After expressing outrage he lowered the quote to $400, plus the $99 trip charge. And tried to make it sound like he was doing a big favor. So $500 for a less than an hour job that even with $100 an hour for labor should have been $200 or so. I ate the trip charge and showed him the door. But if you like expensive plumbing repairs this is the place for you. No job too small to charge huge money for."

With 20 plus years of construction services we proud ourselves on putting customers first! From landscaping to remodeling homes we capture the homes owners or business wants an needs to ensure there project is top quality!

"My husband and I were so patient, and gave BRC every opportunity and benefit of the doubt. A few warnings for others: ~The staff will not show up, we the customer had to follow-up half way into the day to see if they are showing up. ~A timeline of 1-2 weeks took 5 weeks Honestly it’s still not complete. An example is the ceiling. We can see the drywall through the coating, but we don’t even want to deal with it anymore. ~The carpet was not what we wanted, AT ALL. We text the owner pictures and got something completely different. Also, the cheapest pad when we asked for the thickest they make. We weren’t shown the carpet choice until they already installed it. The owner said due to the pandemic selection was limited. ~The owner lost the paint chip. We had to find a new one for the contractors. ~Left dry pieces in the utility closet that we now have to dispose of. ~Some special design over the sump pump was to be removal, only the top lid removes. Replacing will be a blast. ~The final straw the the final day the finishing touches (after already being finished) was due to take place. It was a he said, she said, who was coming show. Finally at 4pm someone arrived. ~Even better is the owner and manager has not contacted for a follow up from being complete. He has not done a final walk thru. We made the mistake of paying him before it was finished. Quality=average after requesting multiple fixes. They did not self identify any issues. The company over promises and under delivers."

A&E Factory Service is a nationwide leader in appliance repair service. We service all major brand appliances and provide a professional and enjoyable repair experience with prompt, courteous service. Depend on us for a wide variety of in-home repair needs.

"Technician was knowledgeable and helpful. He did an excellent job. The problem is this company, which is aligned with Sears. I received a barrage of emails and text messages from both companies. After the technician's visit (which was overpriced), Sears emailed me having automatically scheduled me for a visit in two weeks for an "annual appliance check-up" visit. I did NOT schedule this visit. And the emails are "no reply," so it was hard to cancel it. SCAM and UPSELLING. AVOID this company."

"As soon as Lowe's received our dishwasher at the local store, Bennett Home Services called to arrange installation. Stephanie was very flexible in adjusting to our availability. The installer was the most professional technician I've ever had. He adjusted the machine to exactly fit the space and conform with the cabinetry. The people at Bennett Home Services are FIVE STARS in every way. They are the best ever."

Nature Floors LLC is a family-owned hardwood floor installation company with a spotless reputation and more than 17 years of successful experience in this line of work. Our dedicated team is well-prepared to provide you with a large selection of flooring options that will definitely suit your preferences, taste, and demands.

"I consulted Nature Floors to advise on what to do to repair my wood floors. A few areas had lightened from normal wear and tear and some areas started splintering. I was told by Nature Floors that my floors needed to be buffed and sealed twice. The work was done and within days I noticed that unlike before every scratch was showing. I contacted the company, and I was told that the actual wood was not being scratched but the seal and that this is what should be expected. They stated that although there were scratches in the seal the actual wood was protected. I shared that this outcome was not discussed when I was advised on how to repair the floors. I would have never agreed to the work had I been told your wood will be protected but it is going to look awful because it will show every scratch due to the seal. I was advised to go to a wood store to see if they could suggest a cleaner or something that would lessen the look of the scratches. A few weeks later as the scratches multiplied, I reached out to another wood company. They came out to inspect the work and immediately stated that my floors were not done properly. According to the expert, Nature Floors did not use proper inter-coat abrasion for the seal to bond properly to the floor. I was also told that they could not find evidence that the floors had been buffed or that a second seal was put on the floor. They also stated that due to the nature of my engineered wood floors they should not have opted to buff or seal it at all. They stated that my floors could not be repaired and would need replaced. And to add insult to injury I was told that I was overcharged. I immediately reached out to Nature Floors and shared what I had learned. I asked them to return my money to go towards the purchase and installation of new floors. I was told they needed to contact their lawyers and come and take pictures. I stated that I did not trust them to advise me on anything regarding my floors and I only wanted the money I spent returned. They refused to return my money and I am considering litigation. In addition, on a side note, but speaking to their lack of professionalism, when they arrived the first morning to do the job, they brought 2 children with them which I felt was unprofessional. I left the house and forgot something, so I quickly returned to find one of the children using my daughter’s bathroom. The poor child was so embarrassed, so I quickly left and immediately texted Val and asked him to please have anyone working in the house to use the guest bathroom in the basement. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They are unprofessional, they do not stand by their work, I was overcharged, the service provided did not meet industry standards and they have refused to do the right thing and return my money! FAQs for range hood installation projects in Powell, OH

While venting a range hood outside is optimal for removing heat, smoke, odors, and grease, it's not always required. Ductless range hoods use filters to clean the air before recirculating it back into the kitchen. However, vented (also called ducted) hoods are more effective at maintaining a clean, safe kitchen environment.

No, a vented hood is not legally required for a gas range. However, installing a vented range hood above your gas range removes concentrated odors, fumes, and grease from your kitchen air and promotes a safer, cleaner cooking environment. This installation improves air quality and aligns with safety guidelines while ensuring that harmful particles are effectively expelled from your home.

To capture cooking emissions efficiently, you must install your range hood at a specified height above the cooktop. For electric stoves, mount the hood 24 inches above the cooktop; for gas appliances, secure it 30 inches high. This precise installation ensures optimal performance and complies with safety and building codes while maximizing the unit’s effectiveness.

Yes, you must install a range hood over an electric stove because these appliances generate smoke, heat, and airborne particles during cooking. A range hood improves air quality by drawing out combustion fumes and odors, ensuring a comfortable and safe kitchen environment. A professional installation guarantees precise positioning and compliance with local safety codes.

Smooth galvanized metal ducting is the optimal choice for range hood installations because it delivers maximum airflow and durability. This material efficiently transports heat, grease, and odors out of your kitchen while meeting local building codes. Avoid flexible or corrugated ducting, which restricts airflow and compromises safety. Consulting a range hood installation professional ensures correct duct selection and installation for superior performance.

When installed and maintained correctly, a range hood is designed to last between 10 and 20 years. Regular cleaning of its exterior, interior, and filters is essential to remove grease buildup and preserve performance. Establish a disciplined maintenance routine and engage professional cleaning services to extend the unit’s lifespan and uphold optimal safety standards.
