We walked the property, discussed my needs and he offered a very reasonable quote. The next morning, the crew arrived and commenced working. They worked quickly, efficiently and thoroughly. The entire experience was very pleasant. No pressure. No dancing around what I thought it was worth. No changing quotes based on what I thought reasonable. Just a flat quote on what the company would charge. The crew was friendly, polite, and experienced. I am so happy with the job that I will be contacting them in Spring to prep my flower beds and mulch around the trees. "

The last mow they badly chewed up the ditch in front of the house. I sent a text with a photo stating I was not pleased about this. They never replied nor did they do my weed treatment. Pleased with their work BUT?-they ran out of edging material and promised to return to complete the work. I paid for the work including the missing edging border materials. I?M STILL WAITING AND ITS BEEN OVER TWO MONTHS. I?ve called/texted and been ignored except for one time and they promised to come that week and complete edging. STILL WAITING. Workers were very good and I was satisfied with their work. Manager needs to take care of business and finish job that was paid for, both labor and material. "
