"<p>Everything perfect with one very small scheduling glitch that was handled very quickly. When I called into the office I was told that someone would be out the next day. The next day I received a message stating that the mix on the truck was not what I needed for my yard and they would have to reschedule for the next day. At 7 AM the next morning the truck was there and the work was done. </p> <p>I had a lot of moss in my yard and they expected that the treatment may only be 70 to 80% effective. Based on how my lawn looks now... it was better then expected. </p> <p>As far as lawn treatments go, Turf's Up has my yard starting the spring better then ever. I will use them again.</p> <br />"

"Le and his crew did an excellent job re-landscaping my whole yard (about a 7500 square foot lot). It was a big job that involved a lot of hard work. The backyard was heavily overgrown and even included hard to remove bamboo. They rebuilt a large retaining wall, tilled and leveled the soil, installed a new lawn, removed trees, stumps, ivy, Shrubs, etc. They cleared it all (including roots). They were even meticulous about removing the rhizomes/roots of the bamboo. This was especially difficult and most companies that I spoke with declined to even try. They did not cut corners like other companies. Other people tried avoiding dump fees (among other things) by recommending that roots and old lawn debris be put underneath the new lawn. Le pointed out that this would lead to future problems like uneven sinking of the new lawn. Other people were also recommending to put down sod but Le explained that my backyard required seed since it was more prone to shade conditions. He said that sod will look nice at first but long term it wouldn't grow as well. I spoke with many landscaping companies and many of them weren't even interested in doing the work. Le was always quick to respond and took time to meet and discuss the project answering all of my questions and addressing any worries that I had. He was always very fair and upfront about pricing the whole way through and even agreed to cover unexpected costs along the way. He continually went above and beyond always doing more than our agreement required. He brought in mulch for the yard. He followed up with visits and advice even after the job was complete making sure the lawn was growing adequately, and has remained in touch well after the last payment was given. Overall, it was a very positive experience. He earned my trust, through hard work and honesty, and I highly recommend him and his crew for any landscaping job."

"This is the second job Step Up has done for us, the first job was in September of last year. This new job was an extension from the front concrete into the back yard, adding a walkway, steps at the back door, steps to the new level of the patio, and up to the top of a pre-existing rock wall, and pouring a new patio more than double the size of the old one. Sia and his crew are the most professional and knowledgeable company I have hired, even coming out a second time to make sure the bid was right after we wanted to make some small changes. Sia and his partner had some very good suggestions, as they did on our last job with them, making the work and the finished job look and flow better in the yard. His crew was prompt and on time, and worked all day together like a well oiled machine. They knew what they were doing, how to do it and got it done to our satisfaction. There was one small spot from our previous job I had a question about and he took care of it, no problems. I really appreciate the time and care this company puts into their work. It really shows in the end result. <br />"

"Recently received my permit for removal of two trees (Maple and small Cedar) which were planted in bad locations (past owner) and thus damaging my driveway and putting foundation at risk. I called and left a message for my 'normal' tree guy to get an estimate two weeks ago and haven't had time to think about calling again. Meanwhile Tolt Tree Care was servicing a yard a few doors down and I heard the sound of the chain saw. Asked if they could provide an estimate for my two trees. Jeff came over, saw my trees and made me an offer I could accept. Especially thinking about the prospect of cutting branches down a little at a time to make it into my yard waste bin and all of the evenings and Saturdays I'd be giving up 'hacking' at the trees. Since they were in the neighborhood the price was very fair. The team was very professional and did a good clean up job. I also received a quote for stump grinding which I will most likely have them come out later in the summer and take care of the stumps. The branches were chipped and taken away, and firewood cut into manageable lengths and placed next to the stump for me to stack at my convenience. Happy to recommend Jeff and Tolt Tree Care."
