"This was an unfortunate scenario. Tom and Spencer came out to shampoo two rooms, two landings, and 18 stairs. They worked hard for two hours, especially to treat an area of carpet with pet stains and odors. The shampooed carpet looked good, no visible stains and no odors. Unfortunately, the carpet was very wet and when it dried it was stiff to the touch. After calling Tom and explaining my concern, he came back out and sprayed a "neutralizing" product over the entire carpet which helped. In the end, the carpets are clean, they don't feel stiff and Tom was very responsible for correcting the problem. It just took a lot of time to correct the issue."

"They did a horrible job, our carpet looked worse after they cleaned it. A gentleman came back to see what needed to be corrected and ended up making it worse. He was not honest in fixing it, he said to just leave spray on stain and it will work its magic. Well I rubbed my fingers on the stain and bubbles/foam were all over my hands like I had just washed my hands with soap. I do NOT recommend this company unless you want more nightmares and a dirtier looking carpet in your house. Better to pay a little more and get clean carpet than save a little and end up with more work to have clean carpet. Sorry truth hurts, I gave them a chance to fix it and they didn’t."
