"Great wonderful company to deal with"

"Joe and Alice were very pleased to hire James Gabor to finish a fence project someone else we hired had started. This hired handyman just abandoned this Fence project three weeks ago. I called Angi's List for Licensed Professional Businesses and James Gabor answered our phone call immediately and set up an appointment the next day early Sunday morning. I explained to him exactly what needed to be done for completing our yard wood panel fence project with cutting a few cement slabs and some trimming of fence post tops. He also needed to check already put up fence wood panels that were screwed in crocked. James was very acknowledgeable about what was needed to finish this uncompleted fence project. I felt confident with his manner of telling me he was wanting to come as soon as possible and had all the tools for cutting, the cement, cementing the last two fence posts, leveling the dirt and using the cement cut pieces to put in the space from the cement pieces cut in order to extend the back area of the fence near the side of the fence. He also removed the chain link fence attached to the back side chaining fence going down the right side of the house's yard. He meticulously loosened the screws in the top half of the uneven fence posts that had been put up and redrilled the screws so he could straighten the posts, there were fence post tool clamps he attacked to the bottom of the posts while working on them. When he mixed the cement for the few fence posts he had a hand held rotating drill mixer he mixed the water and cement mix together in a big bucket to pour the cement. He worked hard and fast, never taking any break, constantly checking everything walking in the back and front areas of this whole fence. I was very impressed with his work ethic! He also was polite and was very accomodating if I asked questions while he was working. He finished all my fence wood project in three hours!! He is very professional, cleaned up any cuttings of posts and excess wood pieces from trimming. He also carried the taken down poles and small piece of chain link fence into the back yard area which was a little ways walk from where he was working. He also carried the small piece of leftover excess a cut fence panel back into the side area of the house back yard. He made this wood fence project all lined up right to the side of the house look very nice. I kept saying Thank you to him. Please hire him for any renovations you need done. He is very good and a perfectionist at any kind of house or building project you need done. You will not be led astray at all he is very organized and punctual. He worked mostly alone and never complained. The job fee he presents to a client is well deserved by his knowledgeable job skills Thank you, James Gabor Renovations LLC. "Lou displayed a variety of skills and professionalism as he completed each project. He came prepared with all tools and equipment needed for all projects. He installed a new ceiling fan, a recessed kitchen light, raised shelves in laundry area. When equipment or supplies were need he went to Home Depot(with our permission) to purchase such as ceiling fan, bathroom fixtures paint. He was very neat and always cleaned up work area when finished. Very friendly and professional !! We would recommend Lou as a Super- Duper Handy Man!"
