We did our research on the vinyl and happened to be passing by Direct Floor in Cape Coral. James welcomed me and spent a good deal of time answering all my questions...many questions to my satisfaction. He was genuinely interested in my project and my budget. I was very impressed with the experience and went home and checked the reviews. I returned with my wife and we brought a few samples home at the insistence of Jeff. It was nice to see the flooring in our home with different lighting conditions. We made our choice and placed the order. I received a call a few days later with the installer who came and measured and promised a date to have the tile removed by the Dustless crew with the install on the day following. The dustless crew arrived on the day promised at the time promised. Craig arrived the next day as promised at the time promised. Two Florida Miracles ! We love the floor, the install was perfect, the pricing was competitive, and there were no surprises. Everything exceeded our expectations by far. Next time we need flooring we would not consider anything besides Direct Flooring with the install by Craig."
