"Jason and Anthony came out to inspect my roof where there were some leaks. Within 2 days my leaks were repaired so I could go vacation with no worries. When I came back, I hired Koala for a complete roof replacement. Anthony was the lead and kept me updated every step of the way with what was taking place and showing me pictures. Their team were spot on and started everyday at 7 am and didn't stop until dark. They cleaned everything up and you couldn't tell that a roof had been torn off and replaced. "The job was done professionally and on schedule. Excellent work and excellent warrantee. Only problem was their job estimate significantly underestimated the final cost. The problem was that the estimator only saw one roof layer when there were two. One would assume that a trained estimator would know this. They charged extra for removing the second layer, which i found out about after the job was in process. Also, beware of gutter guards, which may need to be removed. If your guards are expensive, make sure reinstallation is included in the job estimate."
