Mr. Smith (the owner) gave us the bid and went over several window styles (because we needed windows that would look good in an older cape cod style home) and options for pricing and saving money. When it came time for installation, the guys who installed our windows were professional and did an excellent job. They were on the job early and worked until dark to get the job finished (less than 2 days because bad was weather was coming in).
