"The technician was very nice but he arrived 2 & 1/2 hours after the confirmed time window. He did not have all the necessary parts to complete the job and had to make a run to get them when the job was half way finished which added to the already big delay. My biggest disappointment was the price. I purchased the special from Angie's list which was $799 installed. They informed me that if I needed any coils and other supplies, they would have them on the truck and available to purchase. The clincher was, they didn't tell me that they would not warranty the heater or installation unless I purchased the additional parts from them. This amounted to an additional $550. So, the deal I thought I was getting was voided by the additional cost of parts."
