He is extremely knowledgeable and helped me determine what size dumpster I needed for my construction project. Second, the dumpster arrived right on time -- no mean feat since he had to drive about 75 miles -- and the driver placed it exactly where I needed it. Third, Dumpster Express accommodated my schedule on the pickup. Once the roof was demolished, we discovered that we might not have enough space for the roofing equipment. Tom had his driver come in early so that he could arrive by 8:30 a.m. and remove the dumpster before the roofers came in. Finally, Tom is extremely efficient. He emailed the weight statement from the landfill and the invoice that same day. Both Tom and his driver were a pleasure to work with; they were friendly and extremely accommodating.
