A large reason for the hire was that Sixto provided proof of license, insurance and workers comp insurance when providing the estimate. His quick response and respect for me time was also a factor. On the day the work was accomplished he arrived early and brought a large crew and all the equipment needed to complete the job. They worked on multiple aspects of the job at the same time, completing it all professionally and quickly. They cleaned up completely behind them, leaving the property in great shape.
