"Saul and his team did an excellent job pressure washing, stucco patching and masking to being kind enough to re-paint the accent color because I didn't like the contrast of the color I picked. They sanded our roll up garage doors and after painting they looked like new! They were very thorough and cleaned up everything when they left. Unlike some reviews I have read of other painting companies they did not leave paint all over our concrete or grass. Each night they stored all their gear and supplies neatly. They only use top quality products and take real pride in their work. Would totally hire them again!"

"Response time was great, reasonable start date, price was reasonable , team members communicated what was going on, on time and it looks great. Keep the site clean and took the needed precautions to avoid overspray on rest of house or plants. Plan to hire them again to paint the rest of the house once we replace our Old siding later this year or early next year."

"Well, what does one say when a diamond is found. As far as painting professional, Joe Asaro is that diamond. Several years ago, Joe painted by our stucco and wood trim on the entire home. The paint has held up incredibly on the stucco walls and wood fascia and I have not even considered touch up painting if it was not for the replacement tile roof installed a short time ago. With the tile installation, the new trim rake tiles where installed exposing more wood than before and therefore, Joe's services were necessary again. As always, Joe met me at my home, walked the site with me and promptly sent to my email his proposal and as prior, the price was very reasonable, especially for the workmanship that Joe provides. Joe is hard working and honest and the quality of work provided is proven by the lasting of time. "Very happy that we went with Approved Contractor for our first major home project. We got quotes from several other companies and none were nearly as helpful or professional. Our windows were installed quickly and they look fantastic. Our one issue was that wood frame edges around the windows weren't fully sanded down for painting after installation.
