Scope of work was cut down poplar, grind stump, remove heavy limbs from adjacent tree, and remove all wood. He began on 1/20/2026 and I mistakenly paid him in full. To-date, 3/28/26 job is incomplete. Made at least 3 appointments to finish he was a no show. Had to hire another firm as wood was left on our neighbor. Advised Mr. Beard he owes us $1,100. On 3/27 he advised he would drop us a refund. Again a no show and no call. We will be taking Mr. Beard to small claims court. "
