"I had a broken an leaking toilet that I needed replaced that day because it was the only toilet in the house. Got an initial quote of $329 but when the Plumber got here they gave me a price of $598. I was told the quote was made from a national average and it was Angi's quote and some other B.S. but it was the quote I was given by them? I had no choice but to get the repair! What happened to the quote and the 20% Angi's discount? Bad Tidings for a desperate Senior Citizen!"
