"On the 24th of January, I paid and signed for a 365 dollar inspection of my house. He set down glue traps and claimed to come the following week for a checkup. The next week, no show and no call. I got a call a couple days later about an appointment and I called and asked to cancel everything I was signed up for. Today I check my bank statements and I have been charged fifty dollars for the past four months without my knowledge or any services performed. I call to cancel AGAIN and get a refund and they are telling me that there is nothing they can do to give me back the 200 dollars they’ve stolen from me. This place is a scam and unprofessional. They will rob you blind and try to justify it. I have not received a call, text or email with any receipts regarding these transactions and I wasn’t even aware that I was on a plan."

"Last October our lawn looked awful after having Treatments all summer! We made several calls and got the run around. Finally, one of the Managers/owners came out and agreed that our lawn looked Terrible. We paid additional money for grub control, but received seeding for free. Now, Its August, HUGE weeds are growing and the lawn looks horrendous. We were told we needed rain, BS, it has been raining! We got ripped off majorly. $1700 dollars later! DO NOT HIRE THEM!!!!!"

The parking lot was a sheet of ice and dangerous for all of the vendors and customers. Had to hire another company and pay an extreme amount of money to make it at least safe and passable. Please dont make the mistake of hiring them to do any winter work."

"Service was horrible. The wrong product was delivered. When I kindly called to say it was incorrect, the blame was placed on me. A truck came to collect the incorrect stone finally (which my fiance needed to load into the truck). I called the next day to request a refund and was told that they do not give refunds. The owner called me back and was extremely rude. If I could attach the voicemail that was left on my phone, it would make you cringe with how disrespectful and rude an owner of a business would speak to a customer that he's had for years. He told me that it was my fault the wrong stone was delivered and that I would only be getting half of my money back since they had to come pick up the stone. I will never return nor will any of my friends or family. I could not recommend this place any less. They will take your money and hang up the phone (literally). Please save yourself the time and money and go elsewhere."
