"Booking the appointment was fine the problem began after my new dishwasher was installed. The kickplate was mistakenly thrown away by the plumber. It wasn’t detected until another plumber from Garon T came to finish connecting the sink and insta-hot. He apologized and assured me that they would resolve the problem immediately. That never happened, I called repeat talking and leaving messages to Pamela. Who would apologize but never resolve the problem. Two weeks later, asked what is taking so long and to speak to someone further up the food chain. Spoke to a supervisor who explained this was the first she was hearing about it. Another week and a series of phone calls which ended in insincere apologies. At that point, I had enough contacted the manufacturer myself and received the kickplate in a few days. Then I received this text from Pam. “Hello,This is Pamela with Garon T Plumbing, Heating & AC. Hope y’all are doing great today. Just wanted to touch base to advise that I don’t yet have the arrival date for the kickplate. I apologize for the delay and will let you know as soon as I know. Thank you - have a great weekend!” I replied we already have the kick plate and after three weeks of terrible customer service the issue was resolved. It’s a shame they have such appalling, customer service. We had plan to use them for additional work, however, with customer service unable to resolve a simple problem I’m not sure if I trust them moving forward. Since posting this I have not received any response from Garon T not even an offer to finally install the kickplate."

"Carlos Dominguez shows no respect to his customer. It is unprofessional - and totally unacceptable - to not answer my emails, telephone calls, text messages. He walked away from my kitchen remodeling project after my email, where I expressed unhappiness with the quality of work, expecting more from someone who has 95% five-star rating. In three and a half days of work there were multiple mistakes in plumbing: including selecting the wrong PVC fittings, not installing the roof vent flashing properly, and drilling oversized holes in the studs violating the building code. Similarly - ignoring the manufacturer's installation manual - he shows up with the wrong duct size for the kitchen exhaust. It must be embarrassing to face criticism from a homeowner, who seems to know more, or care more about things getting done right. His answer: sending a check back without any word, claiming full credit for unfinished, uninspected work. No discussion. Is client satisfaction is the number one goal?"

"This is an overdue review. I hired Bernie and his team for a kitchen remodel in June 2021, after he did an excellent job with my three bathrooms in 2020. The kitchen remodel was also excellent. His works are efficient, hardworking and clean. My remodel took two weeks, as he had quoted and for the exact price he had quoted. I would hire him and his team again and I referred them to a coworker for her bathroom project. She was also very pleased with their work."

"Santo is the ultimate professional when it comes to designing your home. As I have reviewed him TN the past his work is second to none. He initially did work on home that we loved and therefore asked him to do our upstairs. He painted, put in molding and wood flooring. He updated our master bath, he even replaced our doors to our bedroom with pocket doors. His woodwork mastery is just exceptional. He has given our home a look and feel that it didn't have before. We had carpet on our staircase and landings leading up stairs. We asked Santo to replace that with wood flooring Not only did he replace the flooring, he went with us to pick it out.My staircase hS become the focal part of our home. I can't tell you how many compliments we receive and the woodwork he did in the staircase and all points around it is exceptional. I would recommend Santo for any job you have.
