Since this was a rental and we live 75 miles away, we asked for photos of the work. Eugene kept us up-to-date through email and photos. He also interacted with the tenants so that they knew when the workers would be there from day to day. It was all very professionally done."

The estimator Sam contacted us the next day after I left a message and came by within several days and gave us what I felt was a reasonable estimate that included several other requests including removal of a no-longer used chimney and replacing about 20 feet of facial board that was too high for me to replace safely. The crew was great. They were able to utilize the one corner of the house that didn't have plantings for their work area. They completed the job in two days and the gutters were installed on the third day. They were very careful in their clean-up. "Miguel at Nobility Roofing did an excellent job. I asked him to evaluate our roof for options to remediate excess water overflowing the edge of the roof with built in gutters. He identified that the existing downspouts were improperly sized, and that a few more downspouts needed to be added. Over the course of a week, he completed the work and it looks fantastic. Since the work has been completed, we've had several heavy rainfall periods. Typically, parts of our roof would turn into waterfalls over the edge of the roof during heavy rain. Since Miguel did the work, every drop of water has gone down the downspouts as planned, with no excess water over the edge. I highly recommend working with Miguel and Nobility Roofing!"
