"I needed the front of my townhouse painted, to include (6) shutters, a bay window above the garage door, the front door behind the storm door to include all caulking around the trim. While on the ANGI app, I requested a pro for a estimate and was promptly contacted by WILBER’s PAINTING, L.L.C. Wilber suggested a estimate date that met both of our needs and was “on-time” on the agreed date. The work was scheduled and the job was started within 5 days. The day before the scheduled start date, a two man crew arrived and power washed the front of the house. On the next morning, Wilber along with his skilled crew arrived promptly and completed the job within 8 hours. Wilber, met with his crew to verify all aspects of the job and to insure no miscommunications. All debris and, or trash was picked up when painting was completed and his workers went the extra step to include blowing off the area around the porch and driveway. I highly recommend Wilber’s Painting L.L.C. And will not hesitate to use him in the future for any and all interior/exterior painting jobs. "They were perfect to work with.  When I made my short list of about 7-8 needed touch-ups and discussed this with them in the evening they completed the list the next morning in a couple hours.  The difficulty in this job was they needed to paint over wallpaper as we had decided to not remove the wallpaper.  This was very time-consuming and they did such a wonderful job.  You cannot tell anywhere that there was ever wallpaper."

"Highly recommend Victor and his team at Manor Works. We purchased a townhome last year and decided to leave the majority of our main floor flat white, which turned out to be a poor choice with a toddler and a dog. Manor Works painted our tricky stairwell and a number of walls on our main floor, even touching up a few of the spots that we had missed or marked up while painting ourselves. We interviewed a few painters and Manor Works was not the cheapest, but their prompt communication, easy scheduling, and quick timeline made them the easy choice. We got responses to email and calls within hours, even when we had nit-picky clarifying questions. The online scheduling/calendar feature made it easy for us to find a time that would work for everyone, and the team was able to do the job in one day, which others could not offer. They even offered to move our heavier furniture for us when they arrived. The quality job that the team did made it all the more worth it. They left our home clean and beautifully painted. There were several walls on the main floor with vivid colors that needed to stay and they worked carefully around what was already done. "First of Craig is top notch.  No pressure sales and to the point on what needed to be done.  Craig's team prepped wall surfaces which had not been touched in 25 years by the pervious owners.  Tons of nail pops!!!!  The paint crew did a fantastic job of surface preparation and the paint work including all cut in's were perfect.  I also had Craig's team paint two rail bannisters in a piano black high gloss which turned out beautifully.  The Wow 1 Day team performed a very detailed taping job to ensure perfect painting of bannisters with no runs or over paint.  Lastly, the Wow 1 Day group prepared and painted my two bay garage floor which had been surfaced in a mystery paint many years ago and which could not be walked on without paint dust being tracked into the house on the bottom of shoes.  The crew spent an entire day diamond "wet" grinding the floor to ensure it was stripped completely of the old paint leaving only the raw concrete fllor.  A Sherman Williams floor epoxy paint surface was applied with flecks for for texture.  Perfect garage floor paint job worthy pictures in any high end car magazine.  I will use these guys this spring when exterior painting is needed. <br />"

"While we are generally satisfied with the fresh look of the newly painted surfaces, not much care was taken with the fence staining. The fence is old so we expected some uneven stain, but several interior borders were missed and there are boards with stain runs and drips which looks sloppy. In addition, paint dripped onto our siding when the back shutters were being painted, and wasn't cleaned off. Scraping and painting the iron railing on the front steps takes a lot of work, and we were going to do it ourselves, but were assured by Solution that they would do a thorough job with scraping, priming, and painting. However, within 5 months, the paint was already chipping off, and we're going to have to do it ourselves anyhow. We were less satisfied with the project management and communication from the company regarding the project. We got a quick estimate visit (we accepted the same day and provided paint and stain colors 2 days later) and assurance that we would be contacted with the start date within a few days. I emailed Solution after 3 weeks of no communication from them and was promptly given some date options, leaving me to wonder when we would have eventually been contacted. We scheduled date 2 weeks from then, and the workman showed up on the scheduled start date with no materials because he did not know the paint and stain colors, although we had provided them. When I provided the information again to the office, I was told they didn't work with the particular brand of stain I had chosen; they could have been up front with this and saved me an extra trip to Home Depot. To continue, the workman power washed the fence and then left without doing any prep work. To our minds, he could have started scraping the front railing, or gone and purchased the materials and got started on the priming. It turned into a longer job with less on-site workmen than I was told when asking questions during the estimate. The workmen also asked whether the wood under the deck needed stained, although it was stated on the estimate. We went with Solution Painting in part because of the good reviews that were posted for the company, but I don't think we would use them again."
