One week later it was sagging in places from lack of attachment. Also He forgot to paint a section that was part of the agreed upon job. He Said he would come back the next day to paint that after I had paid him 95% of the price. He did not show. When I called him, he said he had been in a car accident and was at the hospital. . Then in the following days he just stopped taking calls. "
