The guy worked like a dog until the job was done. He fixed a soft spot too where some water had damaged the sheetrock. NOTE: Put plastic over anything you don't want dust on and over the doors to keep the dust from getting out of the rooms(s) being worked on. Air vents, too -- cover them up with plastic. Make sure it's clear whether you're expected to remove ceiling fixtures or whether they'll do it. All warnings aside I'd definitely use this guy again."
