"I hired Willie to do some landscaping and then he offered to repair a side gate. He estimated a very high price but he said he would do a very good job so I agreed to his experience price. When he finished the job I noticed he changed the door opening direction and drilled a hole through the 4" by 4" allowing water to penetrate the 4" by 4. He also did not allow much space between the post and the gate. The main post also was not sturdy. Within one week the door would not shut due to the wood expanding. Anyone with fence experience have spaced the gate correctly and had installed a locking latch. He came back out to make additional repairs and made the situation worse. He drilled a hole into the side of my stucco house to firm up the post which will allow for moisturizer to enter the house. He also just sanded down the side gate so the door would close. Once again within a week the door would not shut. I requested Willie to refund my money but he would not agree and then quit as my landscaper due to hurting his feeling because I stated they worked like idiots on my house. How would anyone like a company do drill a hole into your sheet rock without your knowledge or permission? Then I called Durham Fence Company. The owner told me there was so much wrong with the work he would NEVER try and fix the fence. He said it was the worst job he had seen in 40 years. I would stay as far away as possible from Willie's Landscape."
