"My side yard was reseeded and the sod was removed to rid the clover. I watered faithfully but because the yard was not graded or filled in with topsoil, any rainfall had flooded it. The other side yardâ s sod was not removed but it too was reseeded and it incurred the same damages. I had a flower bed dug out in the back that turned out nicely. For these services I was charged an exorbitant $4000. I paid in the hopes that my yard would have grass and the workmanship would be exemplary. This did not happen. My yard is average to small in size too. In summary the sides should have been graded and filled with top soul, especially for this price."
