"I've been dealing with this company since the beginning of the year.1-5-25. This is the most unprofessional company to work with. From lack of communication, follow through, and completion of my project. I started with the first associate, was handed off to the next associate, given engineered plans that didn't even apply to the building I was installing, sent corrections that weren't correct, resent the plans that were incorrect and haven't received anything since. I was transferred to a manager, whom never contacted me until i contacted Rueben the so called supervisor. With his lack of follow through and Joann's inability to finalize my plans, I'm still waiting. I've reached out numerous times and still no contact from this so called professional firm. "I called a week ago for quotes for a mosquito spray this last Saturday. I had two other companies lined up to come and spray our yard, but cancelled as truegreen was cheaper. I never heard back by Thursday on when they would be out. Got in touch with them again and they said it was never possible for them to be here before Saturday. By that time I couldn’t get any company out and me and my guests were eaten alive by mosquitoes. I now hear they will be here tomorrow, at this point I am extremely upset and will never schedule service with them again."
