"I was happy with the experience the first time I contacted Atlanta Best Gutter Cleaner. I was happy with the pleasant voice of the associate, the follow up email that contained detail instructions and information about the process the crew would use to clean my gutters, and the payment process. I got a $10 discount for being a first time customer. The crew called 30 minutes before they arrived, the crew asked me if I had any questions before they started the work, they answered my questions and made recommendations such no clog gutter cover installation, and the crew completed the work in approximately 20 minutes. I have already asked Atlanta Best Gutter Clearers to schedule a six months appointment. After the six months appointment I hope the work is just as excellent. If so, I will agree to an annual contract. I wish I took pictures."

"I did not care much for the work. Some how I thought that our lawn was much smaller than what they claimed it was. I got one treatment mostly in the back of my yard and that was it. I never wrote them back again. It took them a few days to come out. I thought that they were okay, as far as the time is concerned. I really did not get to know them much, so I do not have any really serious feedback. Somehow it could have been a misunderstanding, but I thought that there were more treatments. We just agreed to finish and they never claimed any more money, and we did not give any additional funds. I thought that there was going to be a couple of treatments, but we only got one treatment. They finished the treatment in one day. They were okay with their responsiveness. The whole thing was not a good deal. I think that there was some deception."

"They do everything - lawn maintenance, cleanups - fall cleanup, spring cleanup, trimming, mulching. It's a yearly contract, it's somewhere around $2100. This was the first year we used them and they were really excellent. Four people come out to complete the service, sometimes maybe five. They usually work here maybe half an hour to 3/4 of an hour, they come once a week throughout the season. They did everything that needed to be done, anything that I asked them to do. They agreed in terms of the cost factor, it was written into a contract. They just did a great job and they were consistent on the days. If they said they were going to be here on a Monday, that was the day, in almost all cases, except for cases of weather and stuff, they would come on a Monday. So I knew when they were going to come. They do a good job of cleaning. They do everything that is needed for lawn care."

"Overall, I am satisfied with the work done. They came promptly at the beginning of the day and were done by the end of the day. The only things that kept me from an A rating were that the grass reseeded areas did not respond well, although I realize the August is not the best month for this activity. One of the bushes that I kept was to be trimmed from the top; instead, the bottom was mostly removed leaving a rather funny looking bush. Also, the contract called for some of the areas to be outlined with stones and that didn't happen. Some of the areas were to be planted with pachysandra, but no new plants were planted. Instead, some of the old plants from other areas were placed but are only partially successful in taking. Still, with all that, I would definitely have them back again."
