Brian explained the process and gave me an estimate for the work that they felt needed to be done. Brian emailed me the prices and the work that they would do. I felt informed and was treated with complete respect and courtesy (Note: this was important to me because folks in the building field have often been patronizing and rude to me. I have attributed it to my gender after watching them be more appropriate with my husband.) When I was ready they were here within about another 2 days. The workmanship of most of the subcontractors was excellent, and due to the efforts of Cyndee Bourquet, our building liaison, all issues during construction were resolved. Art DeLaCerda, one of the partners, was always able to respond to questions clearly, especially the financial ones."
