Overall, lack of communication, not very professional, and you don’t know which number to text. They texted from multiple numbers. We paid for the technician to come out and he won’t respond back to texts. No show and no call."

"We decided to remove the old deck in our back yard and build a new larger one with a pergola. Jim did a great job from start to end. Before starting, he helped us deciding the material by providing quotes using cedar and composite. We decided to use cedar for both deck and pergola, and we love how it came out. Jim was very responsive during the design phase. So, we could finalize the design and start construction. At that point we had a tight schedule because of guests visiting during summer. Jim and his team worked hard and managed to be within schedule. The work was done very carefully, with great attention to details and we are very pleased by the outcome."
