"Bill Taylor (owner) came out to give me an estimate for what I thought was going to be a roof repair on my *(not too old roof). Unfortunately, the previous roofer did not do the correct thing and I needed a complete new roof. Four Seasons could not have been more professional. From the first call to the last nail they were polite, professional, and helpful. Donna in the office is SO patient, kind, and caring. I was scheduled for a few weeks out, but as the roof got worse they were able to schedule me in. The crew that arrived, headed by Antonio, was exceptionally polite, professional and hard working. They answered ANY (and I had a bunch) questions or concerns I had during the installation. They really worked as a team and the finished product looks great. Clean up was impeccable with them checking-in before saying they were done that I was happy. A few of the crew members mentioned they were with Four Seasons over a decade (a sign of a good, stable business). I highly recommend Four Seasons Roofing. From the first call to the last nail everything was great. More importantly, I am CONFIDENT that they did the RIGHT job and if there are any issues Bill and his team will stand behind their work."

They first went out to take pictures with a drone. They were able to reach the roof without requiring use of the closet hatch, which saved my tenants the headache of clearing out their belongings. They found another hole and patched it while they were applying the flashing. Very communicative and high quality work!"

"Tony came out on Sunday, 3-5-23 to check my leaking roof. While 2 other contractors said the WHOLE back of the house needed the roofing replaced, Tony showed me how he would address the leak while keeping the rest of the roof intact. I have a wide ranch with 2 gable extentions off the back with semi flat in between. The guys pulled up the flat tar paper, put down rubber membrane, extending two feet up the pitch sides, rubber membrane and copper flashing around the chimney (which is where they said the leak was from), and re flashed and replaced the hood for my cooking range exhaust fan. The new architectural shingles match perfectly to the existing. Except for the work done, you'd never know they were even there. That's how good the cleanup was. "Very professional and cleaned up all work. Would highly recommend. Dimitri called very quickly after on request/ came same day for estimate . Came next day to repair. Pricing was more than fair. Dimitri also took before and after pictures of roof and explained to me where the leaks were coming from and not only went out of way to fix the problem but went beyond insure that the flashing and new shingles were installed properly. He also moved my dryer vent that that was previously installed incorrectly and went to Home Depot to get the proper materials for the vent along with calling me at the store to confirm that he was able to get all the materials before coming back. Been doing construction on my homes for many years and I'm kicking myself on not using Dimitri in the past. Now have many more projects lined for this company."
