"My daughter bought a house that had attic foam insulation. The pre-purchase inspection left me doubting the actual condition of the roof and insurance could not give wind mitigation credits because of the foam. I called Koala and upon inspection it was determined the foam was not completely/properly installed. The foam did not encapsulate the attic allowing mold to grow and condition of roof decking could not be determined. I had Koala remove foam which revealed rotted decking in a few places. New roof installed. Koala then installed blown in fiberglass insulation. The foam was very difficult to remove because it had not cured properly so the job took much longer than estimated. I expected an upcharge for the foam removal since no one could have anticipated that the foam was substandard but the owner honored his original price. The service from the time of the estimate to completion of both projects was exceptional. Cost was very reasonable. I highly recommend them."

"Wow! Where do I begin...I was battling a "rat issue" in my attic for 9 months. I went through 3 other pest control companies and spent $2,500 to $3,000 in trapping and exclusion work.
