"Brian Johns and his group of guys at Paint it Pro did an outstanding job in a timely manner for us. They were able to paint 2 floors of our hours in 3 days and not only were they efficient with their work, the quality of the work is fantastic. The team was extremely professional at all times and were pleasant to have around the house during the moving in process - they even assisted in moving some of the heavier items into our house. A couple individuals volunteered their own time to come in on a Saturday to finish up the job which was above and beyond what we asked for. Their work was greatly appreciated and I would gladly call them again if needed and will certainly recommend them for anyone requiring interior or exterior painting. <br />"

"<p>The owner (Matt Cahill) and his assistant arrived punctually on the date/time scheduled.  They checked in with us and proceeded to commence work.  One person pressure washed trim on the back of the house while the other commenced painting areas on the other side of the house that did not require pressure washing.  They carefully worked around all gardens and bushes (they had to trim a couple which was done very carefully.).  They repaired and primed/sealed several gutters which were also painted.   At their suggestion, an additive was used to r***** mold growth (a problem with the previous paint job).  For the most part, each of them worked independently except when moving ladders or working in an area (e.g., overhangs or on the roof) where spotting each other was a prudent safety approach.  They were very professional and personable, and offered suggestions regarding what did/did not need to be done, but stayed focused on getting the job done.   The workspace was cleaned up at the end of each day, and they came and left exactly when they said they would. They did not sacrifice quality for speed, and completed the job in 2 days, as Matt had said they would.  The end result is first rate, and far superior to the last painters I had.  About 1/2 gallon of unused paint remained, which I was happy to retain for future touch-up, if needed.  When he was through, Matt Cahill said to contact him if there were any questions or problems with the work they had performed.</p> <p>Cahill Paint Company did a very professional job using quality materials at a reasonable price.  I would highly recommend them.</p> <br />"

"I initially contacted Jardine's Painting through the contact form provided on Angie's list, and David Jardine promptly responded by email to begin discussions about what work was needed. David and his colleague then visited my home and prepared an estimate based on our discussion. Let me say at the outset that my home presents some unique challenges for any exterior work because it is situated on a steep wooded slope and portions of the house are not easily accessible. Other painters I talked with expressed reservations about taking on the job. But David and his colleagues seemed to view the job differently -- they saw an opportunity where they could use their expertise and creativity to achieve an outstanding result. I was impressed with the enthusiasm and can-do attitude that they expressed during our initial consultation -- this was an important factor in selecting them to do the work. I was very pleased with the way that they approached every aspect of the job from that point forward. I was concerned about making the right color choices, and David was courteous and helpful in discussing all options with me. In fact, he even designed a custom color mix for the garage door that complements the exterior stain beautifully. I had previously thought that perhaps the garage door needed replacement, but now it looks new. All of the other staining and painting tasks undertaken for this job were also very well done. For example, I had recently had sections of the siding replaced with new wood, and other sections were etched from vines that a former owner had allowed to grow on the siding. David and his crew managed to make everything look uniform and you cannot tell that either of these former issues ever existed. I would also like to state that David and his crew were courteous and professional in every way. They took the time to discuss various options of the work with me. They were also considerate of the fact that I had pets in the home and they were very careful to not let them outside. They cleaned up thoroughly at each point along the way and were very respectful of my home. In summary, I think that the house looks beautiful with its new exterior staining and paint job, and I could not be happier with the work that Jardine's Painting did. So I felt very confident that I would be pleased with his work. <strong>I was far more than pleased.</strong> He has been painting for over 30 years and the quality of the work completed shows his experience.
