"I was scheduled for lawn service on July 3, but provider never showed up or contacted me that he wouldn't be able to service my lawn for that day. I texted him and asked what happened? He stated he was overwhelmed and that he would stop by July 4 or July 5 to service my lawn. July 4 came and went with no call or no show. I then texted and stated if he was not able to service my lawn then I would have to hire someone else. He replied, okay. Very unprofessional. I would never recommend or rehire Superior Lawn Care LLC again."

Even though I couldn’t be there in person during the project, Bill kept me updated with regular progress reports, which gave me complete peace of mind. The team did a fantastic job remodeling our bathrooms and went above and beyond by fixing a leak caused by our upstairs bathroom. On top of that, they also painted two bedrooms beautifully. The attention to detail, communication, and quality of work were exceptional. "After coming out to inspect the job, they told me they'd send out other contractors to get an accurate quote ready for me. I required both irrigation fixes along with lawn leveling due to DTE trucks damage. They did send out someone who checked my system, then a follow up with another contractor to check the grading. After which they ghosted me. Tried to contact them, even provided missing information to get the quote done, but never heard back."

Well, I think it’s as important, if not more so, to know how a company will deal with situations when things don’t go well as much as when they do, and I can only imagine how difficult it is to assess, considering input from your crew and from customers. I truly feel like Grays tried to do what was fair and I really appreciate that. I especially want to say that my main contact, Robert, was wonderful. Thoughtful and reasonable, not only did he provide me with a competitive price initially for a big job, but with the mishap, he worked hard to understand what happened from all perspectives, convey the information to his boss (the owner) and come back with a final cost from the owner trying to be as fair as possible. He is a gem for this company for sure. I want to add that the owner himself came to speak with me and understand the situation better. Again, it’s not easy to evaluate incidents from all sides, but he tried to do what was right. I can’t ask for more than that. As for the tree they removed? Like I wrote earlier, it was a big job. They did an incredible job both with removal and clean up. I think it’s easy to hire a company assuming the best outcome but I hope it’s helpful to know when you can count on a company to do right by you and your family when things don’t go picture perfect."

"Had Black diamond sprinkler out in the fall. The guy that blew my system out also blew off one of my sprinkler heads into the street and a car ran over it. I called immediately to have them come back out and repair my sprinkler which they damaged. The lady told me on the phone they were too busy at that time to get to it so they would be out in the spring. Here it is spring and I'm trying to get a hold of the company to come out and repair my sprinkler that they broke and I cannot reach anyone on the phone to even give me a call back. Would not recommend this company to anybody. If I could give it a zero star I would. Thank you Mrs. Coop"

They over sold services and every year my lawn had a special disease that needed $$$ buku bucks to treat. After Jim left and started King Green, after the no complete clause time window, I switched to Jim. Guess what, A+++ HONEST TRUSTED SERVICE. Never sold anything never needed!!! My lawn is always deep green, no more diseases or fungus and free re-treat application if lawn didn’t treat to my satisfaction.
