"Very disappointed with the service. I’ve been waiting over three weeks for two scheduled bulk items to be picked up, and despite multiple calls and confirmations, they still haven’t been collected. Each time I speak with a driver, I’m told they have no idea about the request. This ongoing lack of communication and accountability is unacceptable. I’ve given Waste Management multiple opportunities to resolve the issue, but nothing has changed. At this point, I’m considering filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau."

"Nothing worse than a garbage pick up that doesn’t pick up the garbage . Since Consella took over, they have forgotten me 3 times -skipped the recycle bins twice,changed the pick up date and never return calls .the voicemail is full.customer service said they were coming yesterday at 2 when I called (they were very nice -but the trash was not picked up .)"
