"Wow what a great moving experience (one of the best all time... I've never worked with such a professional moving company). Malik was a stellar communicator from start to finish. He sent an email with the quote (and a two-page PDF of moving tips!) well ahead of time, confirmed the date and time via text and made sure we had each other's phone #s on the day of the move. On moving day (which was the 4th of July), they showed up right on time and moved everything quickly, efficiently and carefully. There was no damage to anything. I would absolutely recommend this company. Double thumbs up. We will definitely use them again. They turned what could have been a huge hassle into quite a pleasant experience. Thank you!!!"

"This is the most unprofessional moving company I've ever encountered. They arrived late didn't call me I called them. And when I asked to speak to the manager Bob the telephone agent was condescending and rude as well as the manager. (Forgot his name) It was more than double the quoted price. I've had plenty of movers before but never like this one. The movers were ok however the took my table apart and didn't reassemble it together properly and left some of my items outside without my knowledge or approval!!!!! I didn't pay $1200 to have my stuff left outside!!! Since they came outside of the quoted time my friend stayed with my stuff until they were finished. So she told me that the movers were talking about her giving them a tip (in Spanish) some people do understand. And they were rude until a man came with her. How ridiculous!!! Never in my life have I been treated like this from any movers."

He was friendly and fluent, was such a contentment to work with. He went through the facts of the move and we made a conclusion to meet the next evening to complete the move. Well, there was a setback during the moving procedure that could have been prevented. First, I went an hour earlier of our scheduled time at 5PM on the day of the moving to get began on the removal of the stored boxes to clear the way to the fridge.
