CDC Pool Remodeling Specialists was born in 1990 when Roger and Chris teamed up to solve a problem they saw in the Arizona pool market. We’re different than most pool contractors you’ll see: We use our own interior pool surface, tile and plumbing crews. Many contractors sub this work out. We don’t. Because pool remodeling is different than new pool construction (the main business of most of the pool companies you’ll talk to). Pool remodeling is full of surprises. There are dozens of things we uncover on each job that require experience to recognize and a commitment to quality to do the right thing. We have more superintendents in the field than contractors twice our size. Why? Again, the nature of remodeling AND our owners’ commitment to quality. I received quotes from 4 companies in our region and the representative Cassie Selle was absolutely knowledgeable and professional in her assessment and the confidence in the quote provided. We had a full resurface done to our pool and after consultation with Cassie we visited their company site and they had displays with the majority of all the choices in material they provide for resurfacing. Then the whole plan started to be executed. The onsite Project Manager kept us informed and comfortable with every step in the process. Everyone in this company is courteous, expert in their knowledge and professional beyond any other company I have spoken with. "Appears very professional, never showed up and had to rescheduled. Gave me discount for the inconvenience. They did the treatment from the outside. However, my master bathroom where the termite originated from and very much destroyed the wood etc. I have been asking to Robbie and Zack if they did the treatment for master bathroom from the inside. Robbie, try to reschedule but I have no answer. Called the office, still waiting. It has been over two weeks. I would not recommend them to anyone. My service was handled by Prescott office."

"After five days in the valley, we had a $300 water bill because one of our four irrigation stations went on the day we left and didn’t turn off. We’ve used Magic since 2004 and so called them to get an estimate on repairing it. As the system is 20 years old, we decided to replace all four stations. Ginger came out quickly to give us an estimate, and I was pleasantly pleased with the price, which I thought was very reasonable. They requested payment in advance, which we did. Technician Afraim came to do the repair. It was a pretty major deal and took him several hours. The workmanship was absolutely beautiful. We did have a problem. The next day, after cycling, one station would not turn off. It was not the station with the original problem. We had a new timer, so that was not the problem. The only way I could get the station to turn off, was to shut off the water entirely. They sent Afraim back again. He did whatever he did, tested the system, and left. But on the next scheduled cycle, the problem persisted again, I had to shut the system down to get it to stop. Afraim came back a third time, but the problem still persisted. It was clear at this point that magic management thought we were making this all up.(WHY would ANYONE do this?) The tech would do his tweak, test by turning the timer on and off, and everything would seem to be OK, but it wasn’t, because when it went through a cycle, it simply would not turn off. After the third visit, after he left, I ran it through a cycle. It didn’t turn off, and I called magic, spoke with Sean, and suggested he come back himself and see what was going on. He and the tech came and I believe replaced the valve entirely and everything finally worked! So at the end, we got what we wanted at a good price. Magic management needlessly made the process of resolving this a bit unpleasant, but finally got it done."

Immediate response after calling & apt scheduled right away for an estimate. Estimate given was a little higher that what I expected, having no clue what tree trimming was worth, but we went ahead with it, knowing Bob's Tree has been in business for years and has a great reputation. We were thrilled with the job they did and the amount of time it took. They left the yard even better than it was before they came, cleaning up every bit of wood that fell from the trimming and a great deal of pecans as well. After watching how hard they worked and the excellent way they cleared the trees and left the property upon completion, I was glad to write the check for them and glad that we were able to support a local business.
