"<p>My wife called to hire them to mow our lawn while we were on vacation, they said we would be put on there schedule. When we arrived home on may 24th there was long grass and seed tops. My wife followed up with another phone call on may 28th to schedule a mowing and they have not returned our call. The owner called back 06/02/14 said he did not understand we wanted the lawn mowed, he scheduled service the following day and did show up to complete the job 06/03/14.</p> <p><br /></p>"

"The person came to tell me about all the services Weed Man would be providing me to provide a "lawn assessment."  I was told that the quack grass covering my lawn would be eliminated by using their services.  They also said that they will automatically continue my contract with Weed Man once the Veridian package has run out.  (This made me a little leery of what kind of business I was dealing with). <br /> I then read through the materials the company left for me that provided the information on their services.  They must have accidentally included a page that was meant for the Weed Man employee, since it went over all the things to talk to the customer about, and then said "DO NOT UPSELL THE CUSTOMER AT THIS POINT."  I realized I had been dealing with the equivalent of a used car dealership.  The paperwork also specifically said their product do NOT remove quack grass as I had initially been told by the "consultant," who was obviously a sales person. <br /> I do not trust or want to do business with this company once my Veridian contract is over.  I will be watching my mailbox like a hawk to make sure they don't "forget" to cancel my service once the Veridian paid package is done. <br /> <br /> <br />"
