"compared to other roofers, United wasn't all about up-selling to an entire new roof. The roof on my home is unique that is consistent with the era that it was built in: no underlayment. The purpose is to just change the tiles as needed and to maintain the roof/flashings and seals annually. They were completely honest and hardworking. After a few roofers, UNITED PRO came by and saw that my roof only needed maintenance. I didn't have enough tiles, he brought some of his own, no additional charge.
