Due to time limitations from Omega Construction's very high public demand- we do not provide free estimates or consultations. A flat amount is based on project's specific needs, and is discussed prior to setting an appointment. All Minor Repair Work is provided on a Time+Material billing basis only (charged by the hour). Our average turn around on providing quotes is 1-2 weeks depending on size. We require preliminary drawings for structural modifications, prior to providing estimate.
