He came out personally to look at the lawn, along with the technician. They diagnosed the problem, and recommended several steps we could take (either on our own or by them) to improve the lawn. We decided to have them aerate the lawn for the fall, and then start a fertilizer program next spring (about $365 annually) to improve the roots system of the grass. Steve has been helpful and professional."

Andrew - our designer - had great ideas and took the time to explain fully and help us realize the vision early on so we were comfortable with the work that would be performed. "We had Dave Noland come out in the Spring because we thought we needed regrading in the back yard. He saw the amount of vegetation that needed to be removed from near the house. He suggested that we remove the bushes and plants on our own and have him come back in summer when their schedule was more open and it would be easier to determine the work to be done minus all the clutter. When he came back in July, he saw what we needed to do, and quickly drew up an estimate. There were a couple small things that we had discussed that did not appear in the estimate (moving the two small bushes and removing a small tree stump); he agreed to take care of them and did not add any cost to the estimate. He was pretty flexible on the start date (due to work on our street). They started when they said they would, and worked very quickly. It looks great. We are very happy with the work they did."

"I previously used another company. Spring-Green had a promotion running with a good price. My yard was in descent shape and I wanted to improve and maintain things. I had some weeds, but definitely not the worst in the neighborhood. They came out and did the first application and said to give it 14 days to see the weeds dying. I gave it more than 14 days and the weeds were still "healthy". They came out to do a second weed application and more than 14 days later the weeds are still healthy. The fertilizer seems to have helped my lawn, but I'm neither gaining or losing ground on the weeds."
