Before he contacted me he had researched the property and obtained a plot of the town GIS Mapping and the current Certificate of Title and the Land Court Plan. He drove out to the property even before I hired him to look at the town sewer stub and provided enormously helpful information on sewer placement that could impact a planned addition. His quoted price to survey the property and prepare a plot plan was far more reasonable than the two other local quotes I received. The two other firms took over a week to respond. But Stephen Cartwright responded immediately and went the extra mile to research the property and spent over an hour talking to me on the phone.
