After reading his reviews and meeting him in person, I was very impressed, and hired him with confidence. It was easy to see that he was a dedicated professional with a good amount of experience and a warm and friendly personality. It was the best decision I made. Not only was Sodat's quote well within the cost of the other bids, but he completed the work (two primer coats and two finished coats of three different colored paints for all walls, ceiling, and soffits) in just over two full days (as quoted). He is also committed to his word as much as his craft. He arrived on site every day as scheduled and worked a full 8 to 10hr. day, and his work is exceptional. "We contacted Preemo Painting in early fall of 2020. We received a very reasonable estimate, and were told that the work could not be done before winter, but they would do some temporary fixes to protect our home. Also, they guarantee all work as long as you stick to a 5 year repaint schedule. Preemo started the work on March 28th and finished on April 3rd. All of the people who worked at our home were very considerate of us working inside our home, and they were all very knowledgeable and professional. The work they did was fantastic, and we are extremely happy with the results. Every area was repaired, including newly discovered problems we did not know about in the fall. "Leo and his workers were prompt, courteous, efficient, hardworking and professional. They went over some areas several times and made corrections as needed. Ray came by several times to check on project and had workers to come back to re-do and/or correct as necessary. We should mention that the majority of the rework was not due to labor but to the paint product which Ray handled directly with supplier.
