He went out of his way to clean a few areas that were dirty that were not scheduled and didn't charge us for it.. He is definitely someone you would want to hire and his cost has always been reasonable."

The space hadn't been cleaned for a number of years and he was able to remove the grime and moved furniture as needed. I've seen the comments on not using steam...but we didn't have any issues and there's a plus in not having hoses run through an open door for hours."

"I spoke to this company over the phone and was told that they could handle mold in my carpet. I had a 3 inch spot of mold in a closet. I spent a day clearing out the room of furniture and prepping for them, blocked off my calendar, and then when they came, they said they couldn't do the job. A huge waste of time. If I were them, I would have at least offered to clean the rest of the carpet, or offered to clean the carpet and have me sign a release. Terrible customer service. These guys don't know what they're doing."
