"The owner Dave Tarrance was one of five companies that gave us estimates. Crawlspace Doctor had the best price for the work we wanted done. Dave listened to all our concerns about our crawlspace and offered solutions to help us resolve the issues. During the work he stopped in personally to keep us updated on the progress of the job, which took five days. His crew was very polite and disposed of all debris (old insulation) each night."

This has not been the case previously but I understand things change; however, the concern I had was how absolutely rude and hateful the female employee was who passed this news.
