I am a property investment consultant from out of town and had agreed to take on a project in Rochester which needed to have mold remediation, electrical, plumbing, floor refinishing and painting completed within two weeks from closing to move in. Finding a paint contractor to take the job on was a huge challenge - after reaching out to multiple companies, I was able to get in contact with Frank. The job had to be timed on a very precise schedule, which he was able and willing to accommodate. The house is a 2800 SF home that needed full interior painting, plus ceiling paint in some rooms. Most were not comfortable with the timeline, or having to paint their way around electricians who would be working at the same time. I had another painter tell me that even with a crew, it could not be done. Frank and his guys managed to make it happen, not only on time, but a day earlier than expected. The price was right as well - I had one other painter who was willing to come out and give me a quote, and he could not beat the price to include the specialty SW Harmony paint we wanted, or the timeline it needed to be done in, which required a crew. Frank was patient with me while I took up until the last day to select the paint colors, which had to be the perfect shades of white for my client, and he worked with me to decide how to paint a room with strange ceiling angles that I was quite confused on. He was 100% correct - it looks amazing. Also hIs crew has a great attitude and were happy to work with me and other contractors constantly getting in their way! With all of the rushing and working around electricians and painting ceilings, Frank and his crew managed to not leave any paint spots on the white wood floors, which had been refinished just the week before. He also agreed to last minute take on a plaster repair when an electrician had to unexpectedly cut into a wall to move an outlet. Plaster repair is not easy to hide, and I was expecting to be able to see some outline of where the outlet once was. He managed to repair it perfectly - you would never know it was there - That is when I knew I would be hiring him again! Before he was done with the paint work, I decided to hire him to pressure wash and stain the wood fence that had never been properly sealed. He picked a color that would match the antique front door, and again, it looks perfect. I have already signed up with Frank to do the work on the upcoming basement project for the home and some window treatments. Looking forward to working with him again soon!"

"He worked efficiently and was easy to deal with. After the project was completed, we noticed a small bump or two in the vinyl floor. Probably from the underlayment not being extremely clean and bump-free before the vinyl was installed. I understand that he also does drywall work and based on what he did at a friend's home, I would hire him for that kind of work. <br />"

"This project started in July 2015 and it's still not completed.  My "new" roof leaks more than the old.  In December 2015, I noticed my first leak with the new roof.  They blamed it on tuck pointing. The second leak was noticed in May 2016.  The latest leak was noticed on 7/23/2016. <br />  So, on August 2 I hired and independent roofing inspector. He found that the chimney wasn't properly sealed , hence the leak in December. The June leak was because they  "forgot" to replace flashing and install parts of the guttering.  They did come out and install new flashing but only on the leaking window. Keep in mind that the other windows still don't have flashing.  I guess they are waiting for those to leak before they install the flashing. The needed guttering was also not installed.  The most recent leak has not been addressed. The owner is aware of this problem.  I have sent pictures, texts and emails along with the inspectors report but with NO response.  <br />  The siding was installed with mismatched colors.  I called and let them know that the siding didn't match. I was told it would be fixed asap.  The siding was finally replaced 2 +months later  but with more mismatched colors.  They finally got the siding to match a few weeks later.   <br /> I also had to clean up after the workers.  I have a covered porch which was sided with brick like shingle material.  When they installed the new siding over the old , all the small granules were left on my porch . The porch is carpeted so I was unable to just sweep it up.  It needed to be vacuumed up with a shop vac. Because the large granules, it broke my Dyson vacuum immediately.   I also had to rent a steam cleaner because one of the workers dropped his big gulp of soda on the carpet and left it there, cup and all. I came home from work to find a floor covered in ants.  <br /> I also don't believe that they went over the yard with a metal roller.  I have found at least 100 nails in my yard. I am surprised that one of my dogs hasn't stepped on one.  <br /> During the entire project, I was NEVER notified of when the workers were showing up.  Typically, this may not have been a big deal but it's rather alarming to find 3 workers looking in your window when you're walking around in a towel because you just got out of the shower.   <br /> They also left my back gate open not once but TWICE. Each time I would come home and my dogs would be gone.  The last time happened on the hottest day of the year.  I was LIVID!!!  One of my dogs had been missing for  24 hours.  I was afraid that he might have died of dehydration or heat exhaustion.   Luckily, a neighbor found him under a bush.   <br />  I had so many problem that I was told that we would have a meeting between myself, the sales person, the project manager, PEI owner and the roofing foremen to discuss all the problems and get them taken care of.    This never happened !!!    <br /> <br /> <br /> Do not use this company"
